At EveryNook, we comply with theΒ Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read product descriptions.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Defective Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Does not do what we said it would do

  • Does not meet acceptable quality standards

If your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the fault

If the issue is confirmed:

  • For a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

  • For a minor problem, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a remedy.


3. Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of dispatch confirmation.

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier


4. Return Process

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in original condition unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order with us, you are reserving an item from an upcoming stock delivery. By completing a pre-order purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms.

Dispatch & Delivery: Our May pre-order stock is scheduled to arrive with us between 16th–18th May 2025. All pre-orders will be dispatched on a priority basis immediately upon stock arriving. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been sent.

Refund Guarantee: If your pre-order has not been dispatched by 31st May 2025 for any reason, including but not limited to stock delays, shipping complications, or supplier issues, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No action is required from you. You will be notified by email if this applies to your order.

Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been dispatched by contacting us at [YOUR EMAIL]. A full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Payment: Full payment is collected at the time of placing your pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you authorise this charge with the understanding that your item will be dispatched once stock arrives as outlined above.

Changes to Expected Dates In the unlikely event that our stock arrival date changes, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout as soon as we are aware. You will always have the option to cancel for a full refund if the new date does not work for you.


7. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
